What to do in the Netherlands – Province Gelderland? – Look for dwarfs and get lost in a labyrinth!

Het kabouterpad (the dwarfs path)
There are little dwarfs, which signpost the easy trail of about one and a half kilometers. Watch for the real dwarfs and trolls 😉
Address: De Heikamp ” Hengeloseweg 2 7261 LV Ruurlo

The Labyrinth
Just next to the dwarfs path you find the biggest labyrinth of the Netherlands with 8740 square meters. It was originally planted in 1891. If you don’t choose the right paths, you may be walking a couple of kilometers to get to the center of the labyrinth and out, as its paths total a length of 1188 meters. In 1996 the labyrinth was in the Guinness Book of Records as the biggest of the world.
Dogs are allowed on the kabouterpad, but not in the Labyrinth, so Pien and Vlou waited patiently at the gate.
