Davos Cross Country Skiing With Dog
There are three special dog trails in Davos: Bolgen – Islen, Islen – Frauenkirch and Frauenkirch – Ara Gadenstatt. The four-legged friends can accompany their owners on the 18.5 kilometers-trail. A true nature experience. It doesn’t matter if the dogs leave a few paw prints in the tracks as long as you show consideration for other cross-country skiers.
Cross-country skiing with dog – beware of other cross-country skiers
Davos Sledding With Dog
Your four-legged friend can accompany you on the toboggan run. While you descend the slope with your sled, your dog can also enjoy the adventure. In Davos, there is the possibility to rent a sled (or Fat Bike, Air Board, etc.) at the Pischa valley station and after the ascent, to the Pischa mountain station, you can go down the slope with your dog.
For us it was a bit too fast, so after the first descent, we preferred to slide down with a plastic bag under our bums.

Davos Snowshoeing With Dog
Dogs are also welcome to accompany you snowshoeing on Pischa and on other mountain stations and trails, as long as you have your dog under control and wild animals are not harmed. However, to make a snowshoe tour with a dog a successful excursion for everyone involved, there are a few things to consider. Here you will find some important information.
